国内水冷表冷器产品多为单一的逆交叉型式,往往存在耗水量大水温升小的问题。本文分析了影响表冷器传热温差的因素,认为逆交叉并非最理想的结构形式。通过对实际产品在不同结构情况下的热质交换性能进行计算比较,指出应根据产品的规格合理选择不同的水流道布置型式,以期达到最佳节能效果。
Domestic water-cooled surface cooler products are mostly a single reverse cross-type, there is often the problem of large water temperature rise. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the heat transfer temperature difference of surface coolers and considers that the inverse cross is not the most ideal structure. Through calculating and comparing the heat and mass exchange performance of the actual products in different structures, it is pointed out that different types of water flow paths should be chosen according to the product specifications in order to achieve the best energy-saving effect.
