为解决L公司生产装配过程中在制品库存转换频繁、搬运距离长、设备利用率低和物流路径交叉等问题,研究使用价值流图方法对其进行优化。通过绘制L公司的价值流图,识别出造成资源浪费的转仓环节。为了压缩非增值时间,结合准时制生产物流的看板拉动模式,引入物流自动化管理,对L公司生产装配进行优化。研究表明:通过优化,在库时间缩短了91.89%,节约了近100万元转仓费用。
In order to solve the problems of frequent turnover of products inventory, long carrying distance, low utilization rate of equipment and cross-flow of logistics in the process of production and assembly in L Company, this paper studies the use of value flow graph method to optimize it. By mapping the L company’s value flow chart, identify the transfer of resources resulting in waste of resources link. In order to reduce non-value-added time, combined with Kanban pulling mode of on-time production logistics, the introduction of automated logistics management, L company production and assembly to optimize. The research shows that: through optimization, the library time is shortened by 91.89%, saving nearly 1 million yuan transfer costs.
