目的:探讨结核性胸膜炎腺苷脱氨酶活性低表达与喹诺酮类的相关性。方法:对我科2006年1月-2009年3月确诊为结核性胸膜炎的83例病人进行回顾性研究,以胸水ADA<45u/l为观察组33例,胸水ADA>45u/l为对照组50例,起病前1周至抽胸水前使用过喹诺酮类药物为暴露因素,比较两组暴露的差异。结果:观察组有喹诺酮类应用史者20例,无喹诺酮类应用史者13例,对照组有喹诺酮类应用史者5例,无喹诺酮类应用史者45例,两组暴露比较χ2=22.77,P<0.001,OR=13.85。结论:结核性胸膜炎腺苷脱氨酶活性低表达与近期应用喹诺酮类有关,且相关性强,对诊断未明胸腔积液患者,在诊断明确前,因尽量避免应用喹诺酮类药物。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the low expression of adenosine deaminase activity and quinolones in tuberculous pleurisy. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 83 patients diagnosed as tuberculous pleurisy in our department from January 2006 to March 2009. 33 cases of pleural effusion ADA <45u / l and 45u / l of pleural effusion as control group 50 cases, before the onset of 1 week before pleural effusion quinolone used as exposure factors, the differences between the two groups were compared. Results: In the observation group, there were 20 cases of quinolone history, 13 cases of quinolone history, 5 cases of quinolone history, 45 cases without quinolone history, χ2 = 22.77, P <0.001, OR = 13.85. Conclusion: The low expression of adenosine deaminase in tuberculous pleurisy is related to the recent application of quinolones, and the correlation is strong. Before the diagnosis is clear, quinolone should be avoided as far as possible before the diagnosis of pleural effusion.
