施存统是我国民主革命时期一名著名的政治活动家和学者,中共上海发起组的成员之一,在中国马克思主义的早期传播中做出过重要的贡献。但是由于其曾经有过脱党和倡导中间路线的经历,因此长期以来国内外对他的研究不是太多,我认为这与其在建党时期的作用和地位是不相称的。社会改造思想是五四以后广大爱国青年普遍具有的一种想法,也是施存统在建党之前政治思想的主要内容,本文拟对施存统在建党之前的社会改造思想形成发展和变化进行—些初步的研究,以求教于有关党史专家。
Shi Cun-tong was one of the prominent political activists and scholars during the period of our country’s democratic revolution.
