【来信】编辑同志:30多年前,我和已婚的弟弟与父亲共同居住在一套使用面积80平方米的房子里。后来,单位分给父亲一套使用面积21平方米的职务补差房,父亲将这套房子赠予我,我一直居住到现在。父亲去世时,大房子按照父亲的遗嘱留给了日常尽赡养义务更多的弟弟。前年,这套大房子由于先拆迁、再回迁,市值高达80万元。由于当年父亲对财产分配不均,导致我们兄弟俩所得的房产价值悬殊。我想咨询一下,我能否向弟弟要回两个房子之间的“差价”?
