通过对广西桂平市博物馆征集的一枚破损的宋代双凤纹铜镜的材质和保存现状进行科技检测,掌握铜镜的基本信息及病害,制定相应的修复保护方案,开展科学的修复保护,即经清洗、整形粘接、翻模补缺、做旧、缓蚀、封护等程序,控制铜镜病害,复原器物形貌,使器物材质得以更加安全长久的保存。同时,在修复过程中采用痕迹分析进一步发掘铜镜所蕴含的潜在信息,加深对器物上各种现象的认识,进而将那些体现文物价值的重要信息妥善保存和展示出来。

At the same time, trace analysis is used to further explore the potential information contained in the bronze mirrors during the restoration process and deepen the understanding of various phenomena on artifacts, so as to properly preserve and display the important information that reflects the value of the artifacts.
