目的 :研究经纤维支气管镜微波热凝治疗在气道内疾病中的作用。方法 :气道内疾病 6 5 7例 ,其中恶性肿瘤 5 39例、支气管扩张症 75例、支气管结核 2 6例、良性肿瘤 16例、支气管肉芽肿 1例。经纤支镜行微波治疗。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者中呈显效者 36 0例 (6 6 .8% ) ,有效 131例 (2 4.3% ) ,无效 48例 (8.9% ) ;并发肺不张196例中 86例 (43.9% )完全复张 ,85例 (43.4% )部分复张 ;并发阻塞性肺炎 2 88例中 16 0例 (5 5 .6 % )完全消失 ,12 0例 (41.7% )部分消失。良性肿瘤 16例和支气管肉芽肿 1例 ,均成功去除腔内病灶。 2 6例支气管结核患者 ,经微波治疗狭窄管腔增大 ,其中 18例以后顺利放置气道内镍钛记忆合金支架。有不同程度咯血的 494例 ,经微波热凝止血 ,418例 (84.6 % )取得成功。结论 :经纤支镜微波热凝在气道内疾病的治疗中有良好的效果
Objective: To investigate the role of microwave bronchoscopy in the treatment of airway diseases. Methods: There were 657 cases of airway diseases, including 539 cases of malignant tumors, 75 cases of bronchiectasis, 26 cases of bronchial tuberculosis, 16 cases of benign tumors and 1 case of bronchogenic granuloma. The bronchoscopy line microwave treatment. Results: Among the patients with malignant tumor, 36 0 (66.8%) were markedly effective, 131 (2 4.3%) were effective, 48 (8.9%) were ineffective, and 86 (43.9% Complete re-expansion, 85 cases (43.4%) partially reoccurred; complicated with obstructive pneumonia in 2 88 cases of 160 cases (55.6%) completely disappeared, 120 cases (41.7%) partially disappeared. 16 cases of benign tumors and 1 case of bronchial granuloma were successfully removed intracavitary lesions. In 26 patients with bronchial tuberculosis, the stenosed lumen was enlarged after microwave treatment, of which 18 cases were successfully placed in the airway nickel-titanium memory alloy stent. There were 494 cases of hemoptysis with different degrees. Hemostasis was achieved by microwave thermocoagulation and 418 cases (84.6%) were successful. Conclusion: Microwave bronchofibroscopy has a good effect in the treatment of airway diseases
