南干口水库为浆砌石重力拱坝,针对水库现状及存在的主要问题,在水库除险加固中,采用在上游坝面重新衬砌一层混凝土防渗面板,坝体充填补强灌浆,坝基(肩)帷幕灌浆的加固方案,建立一道完整、封闭的大坝防渗体系,彻底解决了大坝坝体、坝基(肩)渗漏严重的问题,并将坝顶溢流堰拆除改造,将现状跌流消能方式改造为挑流消能方式,解决了大坝泄洪不安全的问题。除险加固后,消除了大坝多年的安全隐患,确保了水库的安全运行。
