小组合作学习是新课程背景下课堂教学中应用最广泛的学习方式。它是一种以小组合作学习为基本形式,系统利用各因素之间的互动,以团体成绩为评价标准,共同达成教学目标的教学组织形式。其实质是提高学习效率,培养学生良好的合作品质和学习习惯。然而,目前课堂教学中的“小组合作学习”往往存在“重形式,轻实质,低效果”的现象。这主要表现在以下几个方面。
Group cooperative learning is the most widely used learning method in classroom teaching under the new curriculum background. It is a form of teaching organization taking the group cooperative learning as the basic form, the system making use of the interaction among various factors, taking the group achievement as the evaluation standard and jointly reaching the teaching goal. Its essence is to improve the efficiency of learning and cultivate students’ good quality of cooperation and study habits. However, the current “classroom cooperative learning” often exists in the classroom teaching “heavy form, light substance, low effect” phenomenon. This is mainly reflected in the following aspects.
