2010年9月9日,国际著名期刊《自然》刊登的一篇名为《一本中国期刊发现31%的投稿存在剽窃》的文章,一经发布便引发轩然大波。随即,在科学网博客专题“中国期刊投稿31%剽窃?”下,科学网博主和网友就此事件陆续发表了50余篇博文和上千条评论,并引起国内学术界的热烈讨论。之后,包括《文汇报》、中央电视台、新华网、凤凰网等在内的国内众多主流媒体纷纷对此予以报道、转载。一时间,这场被称作“论文抄袭率31%”的震荡波席卷了整个国内科研界。
On September 9, 2010, an article published in the journal Nature by a well-known international journal named “A Chinese Journal Found Plagiarism in 31% of Submissions” triggered an uproar when it was released. Immediately, science blogging topic “Chinese Journal Submission 31% plagiarism?”, Science bloggers and netizens published more than 50 blog posts and thousands of comments on this event, and caused heated discussions in the domestic academic community. After that, many domestic mainstream media, including Wen Wei Po, CCTV, Xinhua News Agency and Fenghuang Wang, reported and reprinted it. For a time, the so-called “paper copy rate of 31%” shock wave swept the entire domestic scientific community.
