本文采用等电聚焦电泳和紫外光谱法分析青藏高原鼠兔移居平原再返高原后心,肝,肾组织苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶的变化。结果发现:高原鼠兔随着移居平原时间的延长,苹果酸脱氢酶活性明显下降,同工酶酶谱呈现出组织的特异性,提示:高原鼠兔移居平原,在大气压、氧分压均有改变时,胞液中该酶穿梭进入线粒体时,进行着平原适应性的调节。这也是高原鼠兔脱适应机制之一。
In this paper, changes of malate dehydrogenase isoenzymes in the heart, liver and kidney tissues of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from migrating to the plateaus and then back to plateau were analyzed by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis and ultraviolet spectroscopy. The results showed that the activity of malate dehydrogenase decreased significantly with the prolongation of migration to plateau, and the isozyme zymogram showed tissue specificity, suggesting that the plateau pika migrated to the plains and under atmospheric pressure and partial pressure of oxygen When there is a change, the enzyme in cytoplasm shuttle into the mitochondria, the adaptation of the plains adaptability. This is also one of the mechanisms of plateau pika desensitization.
