本刊讯广西是全国著名的柿产地,鲜柿年产量占全国总产量比重较大,桂林市鲜柿年产量占广西总产量的80%以上。桂林市鲜柿产地集中在平乐县、恭城县和阳朔县,主打品种有月柿,脆柿(甜柿)和牛心柿。2013年,桂林市鲜柿产量增长明显,鲜柿上市初期,销售价格与往年同比稳中略涨,销售不够顺畅。12月上中旬,由于地产葡萄销售已结束等原因,鲜柿售价有明显上涨之势,市场批发价3~3.50元/kg,柿饼市场批发价10~12元/kg,且销售趋旺。2013年
