以滑移装载机液压油散热系统管路连接为例,提出3种不同的管路连接方式,进行比较分析,同时通过热平衡试验来验证,深入分析了不同管路连接方式对散热效果的影响。最后得出结论,在部分液压回路散热情况下,不同的管路连接对整机散热效果存在明显影响。
Taking the pipeline connection of the hydraulic system of the slipper loader as an example, three different connection ways of the pipeline are put forward for comparison and analysis. At the same time, the heat balance test is used to verify and analyze the influence of different pipeline connections on the heat dissipation. Finally concluded that in the case of some hydraulic circuit cooling, different pipe connections have a significant impact on the cooling effect of the machine.
