刺人参(Oplopanax elatus Nakai)为五加科植物东北刺人参的根。是我国长白山区特有珍贵药材。性温味辛苦。据报道,刺人参近做人参作用。为了阐明刺人参的药用机理,了解其化学成分,我们对其化学成分进行了系统的研究。 1 实验部分 1.1 仪器 722型光栅分光光度计(上海第三分析仪器厂),日立—835型氨基酸自动分析仪(日本),MarkⅡ型800系列等离子直读光谱仪。(美国),JMSD_(300)—JMA_(2000)色谱—质谱—计算机联用仪。
Oplopanax elatus Nakai is the root of the northeastern ginseng plant of the Araliaceae plant. It is a unique and precious medicinal material in Changbai Mountain, China. Sexual warmth and hard work. It has been reported that ginseng has recently been used as a ginseng.
