在新的世纪里,随着教育改革的不断深入及新课程改革的全面铺开,人们越来越认识到:课程改革的成败,创新教育的关键,都在于教师。只有教师专业水平的不断提高,才能有高质量的教育水平;只有建立全新的师生观,才能培养出适应未来社会需求的人才。而全新的师生观是新教学方式的基础,建立全新的师生观是转变教学方式的前提。本文试从三方面来阐述创新教育下如何建立全新的师生观。
In the new century, with the continuous deepening of education reform and the new course reform, people are more and more aware of the success or failure of curriculum reform and the key to innovation education. Only by continuously improving the professional level of teachers can we have a high quality of education. Only by establishing a new concept of teachers and students can we cultivate qualified personnel who can meet the needs of the future society. The new concept of teachers and students is the basis of new teaching methods, the establishment of a new concept of teachers and students is to change the teaching methods of the premise. This article tries to explain how to set up brand-new teachers and students under the creative education from three aspects.
