提出激光拼焊焊缝碾压预成形工艺来降低激光拼焊对板材边缘直线度的要求。该工艺是通过碾压轮使板材边缘发生塑性变形填补焊缝间隙。采用有限元方法对碾压过程进行有限元分析,通过数值模拟加部分试验验证的方法来分析碾压轮宽度、直径和碾压深度对碾压效果的影响。焊接结果表明,激光拼焊焊缝碾压预成形技术能有效消除焊前两板间间隙,提高焊接质量。
Proposed laser welding seam preform rolling process to reduce the laser welding edge straightness requirements. The process is through the rolling wheel plastic deformation of the edge of the plate to fill the weld gap. The finite element method is used to carry out the finite element analysis of the rolling process. The effects of rolling wheel width, diameter and rolling depth on the rolling effect are analyzed by numerical simulation and some tests. Welding results show that laser welding seam pre-rolling technology can effectively eliminate the gap between the two plates before welding to improve the welding quality.
