目的:酒精中毒是急诊科常见病,近年来急性酒精中毒导致脑中风的报道逐渐增多,对酒精中毒进行讨论及治疗,降低酒精中毒对患者的危害。方法:选取我院2010—2014年我院收治24例收治的饮酒过量至酒精中毒者进行分析及治疗,急救后对于患者均采用保守治疗,采取降颅压,脑保护、止血、处理并发症等治疗措施预防后遗症。结果:我院采取的急救措施针对不同程度的饮酒过量酒精中毒患者的治疗及预防后遗症结果不同,现就有关资料报告如下。
Objective: Alcoholism is a common disease in the emergency department. In recent years, the reports of stroke caused by acute alcohol poisoning gradually increase.
