根据《国家学生体质健康标准》中的测试方法规定:受试者至少两人一组进行测试。用站立式起跑。当听到“跑”口令后开始起跑,往返四次,往返跑时就逆时针方向绕过标杆,不得碰扶标杆,不得串道。测试人员发出“跑”口令的同时开表计时。当受测者躯干部到达终点线的垂直面时停表,以分、秒为单位记录成绩,不计小数。笔者依据50米×8往返跑教学的实践,提出简化场地和优化学练方法的一些拙见,希望与大家共同探讨。
