交通部于今年一月在北京召开了全国公路工程基本建设会议。参加会议的有各省、自治区交通厅,北京市市政工程局,上海市城市建设局和交通部直属的公路工程局、公路设计院、交通科学研究院、西安公路学院等单位的厅(局、院)长、总工程师等负责人;国家计委、国家经委亦派员蒞会指导。会议对几年来的公路建设工作进行了检查总结。并讨论了学习解放军、学习先进单位的革命精种和科学管理经验,研究确定今年公路建设的工作任务和主要措施,以保证计划任务的全面完成。
The Ministry of Transportation held a national road construction capital construction conference in Beijing in January this year. Participating in the meeting were the departments (bureau and hospital) of the provinces, autonomous regions, transportation department, Beijing Municipal Engineering Bureau, Shanghai Urban Construction Bureau and the Ministry of Communications directly under the Highway Engineering Bureau, Highway Design Institute, Traffic Science Research Institute, Xi’an Highway College and other units ) Chief engineer, chief and other responsible persons; the State Development Planning Commission and the State Economic Commission also sent staff to attend the meeting.
