项目导向型企业是知识社会的主导企业模式。人力资源是项目导向型企业创造价值和战略目标实现的最重要的要素之一,项目导向型企业的人力资源管理不同于传统企业的人力资源管理方式。分析了项目导向型企业人力资源管理的特点及其管理过程,并对这类企业中员工所面临的压力进行了探讨,给出了缓解和消除压力的人力资源管理具体策略。
Project-oriented enterprises are the dominant business model in knowledge-based society. Human resource is one of the most important elements of project-oriented enterprise to create value and achieve strategic goals. The project-oriented enterprise’s human resource management is different from the traditional enterprise’s human resource management. The characteristics and management process of human resource management in project oriented enterprises are analyzed. The pressure faced by employees in such enterprises is also discussed. The specific strategies of human resource management for alleviating and eliminating stress are given.
