轮胎活络模具是进行轮胎硫化的必需场所,在进行轮胎硫化前必须对轮胎模具进行温模,以使轮胎活络模具型腔内部温度达到轮胎硫化条件。现建立了1188壳体9.00R20轮胎活络模具的三维模型,利用ABAQUS有限元模拟软件对三维模型进行传热模拟分析,得到温模过程中轮胎模具型腔壳体内部的温度场,并据此提出相应改进方案,在不影响模具预热时间的效果和应力许可的情况下,改变模具结构从而提高模具的材料利用率,减少模具加工工时,从而达到降低模具生产成本的目的。
Tire mold activation is an essential place for tire vulcanization. Tire molds must be thermo-rated prior to tire vulcanization to bring the temperature inside the tire mold to the tire vulcanization condition. The 3D model of 9.00R20 tire active mold for 1188 shell is established. The heat transfer simulation of the 3D model is carried out by ABAQUS finite element simulation software, and the temperature field inside the mold of the tire mold during warm mold process is obtained. The corresponding improvement program, without affecting the effect of mold preheating time and stress permitting circumstances, to change the mold structure to improve mold material utilization and reduce the working hours of mold, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of mold production.
