铁的析氢腐蚀受到氧气含量、酸浓度、铁粉与碳粉配比等多种因素的影响,往往与吸氧腐蚀同时存在。为了使铁的析氢腐蚀的实验现象更加明显,在以往的众多相关研究中,往往只探讨了实验装置的改进、酸性电解质的选择及其浓度等方面的问题,而在铁粉与碳粉的用量配比上的表述不尽相同。在前人研究的基础上,设计了较为简易的实验装置,并利用该装置对铁的析氢腐蚀中铁粉与碳粉的最优配比进行了研究。
