通常认为,目前建筑商品正进入少批量多品种生产的时代。由于大量生产,建筑商品已从单纯满足量的需要发展到要根据个别需要供应各种不同的建筑商品。在大城市,由于地价昂贵,住房供应不足,国家采取了相应的住宅政策,使钢筋混凝土建造的中高层公寓住宅在近二十年中得到迅速普及。因此,住房不足的现象基本上已消除,住户对住房的面积和质量提出了要求。然而,对于低成本住宅的潜在需要量仍然很迫切,这是住宅开发者最近一致的感觉。
It is generally believed that the current construction commodities are entering an era of low-volume and multi-variety production. As a result of mass production, construction goods have evolved from the mere need to meet the demand to supply a variety of different construction products according to individual needs. In large cities, due to high land prices and insufficient housing supply, the country adopted a corresponding housing policy, which has enabled rapid construction of high-rise apartment buildings built with reinforced concrete in the past two decades. As a result, the lack of housing has basically been eliminated and households have made demands on the area and quality of housing. However, the potential demand for low-cost housing is still very urgent, which is the recent consensus of residential developers.
