目的:研究宫颈癌组织及癌旁组织TGF-β1的表达及其与临床特征的关系,探讨其临床意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR检测52例宫颈癌癌组织及相对应癌旁组织TGF-β1mRNA的表达量,分析其表达量与年龄、临床分期以及分化程度等临床特征的关系。结果:TGF-β1mRNA在宫颈癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TGF-β1mRNA在低分化患者宫颈癌组织中的表达明显高于中高分化患者组(P<0.05);在临床Ⅱ~Ⅲ期患者中的表达明显高于Ⅰ期患者(P<0.05);在不同年龄段的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TGF-β1mRNA在宫颈癌组织中呈明显高表达,且与临床分期和肿瘤分化程度密切相关。
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of TGF-β1 and clinical features in cervical cancer tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues and to explore the clinical significance. Methods: The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in 52 cases of cervical cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The relationship between the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA and clinical features such as age, clinical stage and differentiation degree was analyzed. Results: The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in poorly differentiated cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in moderately-differentiated patients (P <0.05). The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ patients was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ patients (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in age (P> 0.05). Conclusion: TGF-β1 mRNA is highly expressed in cervical cancer tissues, which is closely related to the clinical stage and the degree of tumor differentiation.
