多元文化因素在经济全球化的形势下,越来越多的融入到了企业的经营发展之中。酒店行业由于其特殊的行业特点,文化多元性的特点特别明显。在多元文化因素的影响下,酒店管理如果不到位就会给酒店的日常经营带来危机,所以,酒店管理者要想维持酒店的正常运营,就要结合酒店自身的经营特点,利用多元文化和相关管理的特性,对酒店进行多元文化危机管理。
