用氦氖激光对甘蔗糖蜜酒精工业性生产用酿酒酵母菌SacharomycescerevisiaeAS21189进行了辐照,发现细胞分裂受到了抑制从不同组别中选择了134株被照射过的酵母菌进行观测,发现有九株的产酒精率比未经激光照射的酵母菌较高或较低本文还讨论了氦氖激光对酵母菌的刺激机理,并用统计学方法研究了激光刺激的平均效应
Irradiation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae AS21189 on Saccharomyces cerevisiae AS21189 for industrial production of sugarcane molasses was carried out by using He-Ne laser and found that cell division was inhibited. From the different groups, 134 irradiated yeasts were selected for observation. Nine strains were found to have a higher or lower alcohol production rate than those without laser irradiation. The mechanism of He-Ne laser irradiation on Saccharomyces was also discussed and the average effect of laser stimulation was studied statistically
