邯宝1号3 200m3大型高炉2016年6月1日因主皮带断裂造成非计划休风34.5h,休风前炉况持续稳定顺行、炉缸活跃、炉温充足、各项经济指标较好。此次送风恢复过程中降低负荷、重视炉热水平、调整炉料结构,根据轻负荷料下达位置及炉内接受情况分3个阶段进行风量和氧量的恢复。同时通过炉温情况补充煤粉、快速用上高风温,提前做好出铁准备、合理安排炉前作业等,实现了炉况的快速恢复。
