目的 探讨多发性脑梗死患者智能障碍与CT上所示梗死部位、梗死容积及其它因素之间的关系。方法 应用韦氏智力量表检测智能障碍的发生与梗死部位、容积等诸多因素的关系。结果 110例患者出现智能障碍 ,其中轻度 41例 ,中度 38例 ,重度 31例。智能障碍与其梗死体积呈明显正相关 ,与各皮层及皮质下萎缩因素呈明显负相关 ,与文化程度呈明显负相关。左侧大脑较右侧大脑病变智能障碍的发生率高。结论 智能障碍的发生与梗死体积、慢性脑循环障碍所致皮层及皮质下病理改变、以及文化程度的差异等多种因素有关
Objective To investigate the relationship between mental retardation, infarct size and other factors in patients with multiple cerebral infarction. Methods The Wechsler Intelligence Scale was used to detect the relationship between the occurrence of mental retardation and the infarction site, volume and many other factors. Results 110 cases of patients with mental retardation, including 41 cases of mild, moderate in 38 cases, severe in 31 cases. There was a significant positive correlation between mental retardation and infarct volume, negatively correlated with each cortical and subcortical atrophy, and negatively correlated with educational level. The incidence of mental disorders in the left brain is higher than in the right brain. Conclusions The occurrence of mental retardation is related to infarction volume, pathological changes of cortex and subcortex induced by chronic cerebral circulatory disorders, and differences in educational level, etc.
