金利油0.075～0.3ml/10g 灌胃对小白鼠热板法和扭体法以及电刺激法有明显的镇痛作用,0.255～0.3ml/10g 的疗效与0.6%颅通定(0.2ml/10g)相近。对致炎剂诱发的急性、亚急性、肉芽增生性以及免疫性炎症模型,金利油也有显著的抑制作用。金利油0.1和0.2ml/10g 连续灌胃30d,对反复皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮诱发的雄性小鼠前列腺增生的抑制率分别为27.92%和40.31%.限度实验表明,金利油灌胃对小鼠无明显的急性毒性.
