研究了单向传动套内棘轮电化学加工的工艺技术 ,包括工装夹具设计 ,阴极设计及制造以及加工工艺参数的选择。应用电化学加工技术加工内棘轮 ,生产率很高 ;采用线切割加工片状工具阴极 ,制作方便、尺寸准确 ;加工过程中工具阴极无损耗 ,一片阴极可以重复加工几十至几百个零件 ;加工出的内棘轮表面质量好 ,无飞边毛刺 ,表面粗糙度可达Ra1.6 μm ;加工精度 (尤其是重复精度 )较高。
The technology of ratcheting electrochemical machining in one-way transmission sleeve is studied, including the fixture design, cathode design and manufacture, and the choice of processing parameters. Electrochemical processing technology is used to process the inner ratchet, so the productivity is high. The linear cutting is used to process the cathode of the sheet-like tool, which is convenient in manufacturing and accurate in size. The utility model has the advantages of no cathode loss in the process and a cathode capable of repeatedly processing dozens to hundreds of parts. Out of the inner ratchet surface of good quality, no flash burr, the surface roughness of up to Ra1.6 μm; processing accuracy (especially the repeat accuracy) higher.
