前言电力系统月内负荷的不均匀性,一般都以月最大负荷日的平均出力与月平均出力的比值表示,由于在月内各周间变化不大,近似于周调节系数。在水、火电混合电力系统中,电站的周调节系数与各电站的运行方式、系统网络结构、水电站的调节性能有密切的关系。合理地选取各类电站的周调节系数,可以提高电力系统运行的经济效益。对设计而言,水、火电站周调节系数是电方电量平衡的主要参数之一,而电力电量平衡又是确定设计电站装机规模的主要方法。因此,各电站周调节系数的正确采用,直接关系到电力系统装机规模的正确性与经济性,很有必要进行研究。
Preface The inhomogeneity of load in the power system during the month is generally expressed as the ratio of the average output of the month maximum load to the average output of the month. Since there is not much change in each week in the month, it is similar to the weekly adjustment factor. In water and thermal power systems, the weekly regulation factor of power station is closely related to the operation mode of each power station, the system network structure, and the regulation performance of hydropower stations. Reasonably select the weekly adjustment factor of various types of power stations, can improve the economic benefits of power system operation. As for the design, the weekly regulation coefficient of water and thermal power plants is one of the main parameters of electric power balance, which is also the main method to determine the installed capacity of power plants. Therefore, proper adjustment of the weekly regulation factor of each power station is directly related to the correctness and economy of the installed capacity of the power system, so it is necessary to study.
