公用工程系统在炼油和石油化工生产的成本中占很大比重,在以往的炼油和石油化工生产计划优化模型中,公用工程消耗以企业内部价计入装置加工费,导致和经营生产实际的偏离。鉴此提出了建立公用工程数学模型的方法并将公用工程消耗纳入企业整体生产计划模型进行全局优化,以真实反映经营生产实际。使用这一方法可进一步提高企业经济效益。
Public utility systems account for a significant portion of the costs of refining and petrochemical production. In previous refinery and petrochemical production planning optimization models, utility costs were charged to the unit’s processing fee at the company’s internal price, resulting in actual deviations from operating production . In view of this, the paper puts forward the method of establishing the mathematical model of public utilities and puts the consumption of public utility into the overall production planning model of the enterprise for global optimization to truly reflect the actual operation of production. Use this method can further improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
