城市林业是一门发展迅速、前景广阔,涉及多领域的边缘性科学。它是由林学、园艺学、园林学、生态学、城市科学等组成的交叉学科,并且与景观建设、公园管理、城市规划等息息相关。当前,作为一个新兴的行业得到了世界范围的广泛承认和接受。我国在20世纪80年代也开始了对城市林业的研究,取得了一些进展和成效,为城市林业建设的发展积累了宝贵的经验。 Urban forestry is a marginal science that develops rapidly, has broad prospects and involves many fields.
