我是从1990年10月走上盘锦乙烯工业公司这个新企业的党委书记岗位上的。5年来,我与总经理同心协力,带领全公司干部职工开拓进取,使公司从投料试车到生产经营稳扎稳打,一步一个脚印,取得了“两个文明”建设的双丰收。公司先后荣获了盘锦市文明单位、辽宁省先进集体、全国化工思想政治工作优秀企业称号。我本人也先后被评为市、省优秀党务工作者。这5年里,作为党委书记,我一直坚守三个信条。
