脑膜癌病(Meningeal Carcinomatosis)是指肿瘤细胞在脑和脊髓软脑膜的弥漫性或多灶局限性浸润,而脑实质内无瘤块。临床上比较少见,生前确诊有困难。本文就1例生前确诊的肺源性脑膜癌病报告如下。男性患者,56岁,干部。主因发现肺内阴影2年,头痛伴右下肢痛1周于1990年11月29日入院。入院前2年查体时发现右上肺结节影,但无不适症状。曾抗结核治疗一年,病灶无变化。1990年11月 Meningeal Carcinomatosis is a diffuse or multifocal localized tumor infiltration of tumor cells in the brain and spinal plexuses without tumor mass within the brain parenchyma.
