国家非物质文化遗产保护工作意见中明确提出采用“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、传承发展”的非遗保护指导方针,本文尝试从两个方面对花儿歌种的保护利用与传承发展展开了有益的理论探讨。
The Opinions of the State on the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage clearly put forward the non-destructive protection guidelines adopting the principle of “protection, rescue first, rational utilization and inheritance and development”. This paper attempts to analyze the protection and utilization of the flower species from two aspects Inheritance and development of a useful theoretical discussion.
