1976年以来,我局对水泥封孔采取了一系列措施,并取得了较好效果,除了1984年第三探矿队在白云矿区部分钻孔水泥封孔不合格外,其它各矿区都没有发现封孔质量问题,深受地质方面的好评。在这之前,水泥封孔曾经是我局钻探生产中的薄弱环节。据不完全统计,1962年至1975年十四年间,全局有九个矿区的钻孔封孔不合格。不合格的主要原因是钻探方面缺乏地质找矿服务的思想,片面追求多打进尺,不按照规程要求封孔,甚至地质要求封孔的钻孔没有封。部分队使用标号过低的水泥甚至失效水泥。水灰比没有明确规定,或配浆不按水灰比计算水泥和水的加量,采用孔口倒入方式灌浆等等,也是封孔不合格的原因。
Since 1976, the Bureau has adopted a series of measures for cement sealing, and achieved good results. Except for the unqualified drilling of the third exploration team in the Baiyun mining area, none of the other mining areas have been found sealed. The hole quality problem is well received by the geology. Before that, cement sealing was once a weak link in drilling production in our bureau. According to incomplete statistics, in the fourteen years from 1962 to 1975, there were nine holes in the overall mine area that were not qualified for hole sealing. The main reason for the disqualification is the lack of geological prospecting services in drilling, one-sided pursuit of multiple measures, sealing holes in accordance with the requirements of the regulations, and even the geological requirements for sealing the holes without sealing. Some teams use under-labeled cement and even cement. The water-cement ratio is not clearly defined, or the addition of slurry does not calculate the amount of cement and water added according to the ratio of water to cement, adopts the method of pouring into the hole, and so on, which is also the reason for the failure of sealing.
