陕西省榆林市横山县城有这样一位几乎家喻户晓的平常人,2011年、2012年、2013年连续三年被响水党委政府授予精神文明先进个人称号。在2008年“5·12”汶川大地震,2010年“4·14”玉树地震,2012年“7·21”北京房山洪灾,2013年“4·20”芦山大地震这些救灾一线上都出现了这样一位朴实而又平凡的志愿者,尽自己的绵薄之力做着看似微薄却又伟大的举动,每到一处灾区不仅出力还会出资出物。坚持一辈子做小事做好事,自1982年参加了人民解放军便开始了志愿服务工作至今!他
