全国卫生系统开展的“三好一满意”活动,即服务好、质量好、医德好、群众满意活动,主旨在于坚持以人为本,以病人为中心。湖北省襄阳市中医医院在创建活动中,创新开展满意度调查,并着力推行公示制和长效机制建设,取得良好效果。进一步促进了医院管理制度化、规范化和民主化,努力实现医院建设成为社会满意、患者满意、职工满意的现代化中医医院。
