护理教育就是要使受教育者通过学习获得临床工作所必须的知识和技能。这些知识和技能的获得离不开学生的智力活动。因此，护理教育工作者应该对学生的智力活动有比较深入的认识，并在教学活动中加以培养，从而更有效地提高教学效果。笔者拟就护生的智力结构及其培养方法作如下?
Nursing education is to enable educators to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for clinical work through learning. The acquisition of these knowledge and skills is inseparable from students’ intellectual activities. Therefore, nursing educators should have a deeper understanding of students’ intellectual activities and be trained in teaching activities so as to effectively improve teaching effectiveness. The author intends to make the following on the intellectual structure and cultivation methods of nursing students?
