城市空间结构与经济社会发展有密切的内在联系。调整城市空间结构要尊重经济社会发展的客观规律,这已为北京历次调整城市空间结构的经验教训所证明。“十一五规划”开始将《北京城市总体规划纲要(2004—2020)》的长远目标与5年间的短期目标相融合。两大规划对产业、环境、投资的直接影响开始发挥作用。
The urban spatial structure is closely linked with economic and social development. Adjusting the urban spatial structure to respect the objective law of economic and social development has been proved by the experiences and lessons learned by Beijing in reshaping the spatial structure of cities. The 11th Five-Year Plan has begun to integrate the long-term goal of the “Beijing Urban Master Plan” (2004-2020) with the short-term goal of five years. The two major programs on the industry, the environment, the direct impact of investment began to play a role.
