理论分析了喷洒吸收液治理煤矿H2S的机理;采用正交试验方法,得出喷洒吸收液治理H2S的影响因素大小顺序为:风速>吸收液浓度>H2S浓度>喷洒吸收液流量;实验室模拟试验表明,在一定条件下,H2S吸收效率呈现随模拟风速及涌出H2S浓度的增加而降低、随喷洒吸收液浓度和流量加大而提高的规律。现场应用表明,掘进机割煤喷洒吸收液后,司机处涌出H2S浓度的降低效率达到84.9%;同时测得司机处粉尘浓度的降低效率高达93.4%,取得较好治理煤矿H2S及粉尘职业危害效果。
Theoretical analysis of the mechanism of spray absorption liquid treatment of coal mine H2S; using orthogonal test method, draw the conclusion that the influencing factors of spray absorption liquid treatment H2S order: wind speed> absorption liquid concentration> H2S concentration> spray absorption liquid flow rate; laboratory simulation test It shows that under certain conditions, the absorption efficiency of H2S decreases with the increase of simulated wind speed and the concentration of H2S, and increases with the concentration and flow of sprayed liquid. The field application shows that the H2S concentration reduction efficiency of the driver at the driver’s office reaches 84.9% after cutting coal is sprayed with the absorbing liquid; meanwhile, the efficiency of reducing the dust concentration at the driver is as high as 93.4% and the occupational hazards of coal mine H2S and dust are well controlled effect.
