对钢屋架的拼装,目前国内大都采用在施工现场先搭设一平台,然后将两半榀屋架平卧放置在平台上,再进行组并的方法。这种拼装方法,占地面积大,需用很多枕木、钢轨和钢板,消耗大量人工和材料。因此它仅在厂房面积不大的情况下较适用,对于多柱距、大跨度的屋架拼装,就很不适宜了。六冶结构公司在舞钢轧钢厂工程,曾采用了一种立着拼装的施工方法,先后拼装了223榀36米跨距的钢屋架,技术经济效果很好,可省大量材料和劳动力,加快了拼装进度,保证了施工质量。屋架的立拼装,是将屋架按吊车行走的路线和吊车的回转半径所能达到的范围,立着就位排放。排放的方式视施工现场的具体情况而定。一般有两
