采用高效液相色谱分析50%克菌丹分散颗粒剂,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸为流动相,采用外标法对50%克菌丹进行分析和定量。方法的标准偏差为为0.2195,变异系数为0.43%。回收率为99.25%～101.65%。
High performance liquid chromatography (LC-MS) was used to analyze 50% bacteriocin dispersible granules. C18 reversed-phase column and ultraviolet variable wavelength detector were used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid Analysis and quantification. The standard deviation of the method was 0.2195 and the coefficient of variation was 0.43%. The recovery rate was 99.25% ~ 101.65%.
