万能材料实验机是材料力学研究中的重要工具,如何得到准确的测量结果以及实时的动态曲线,是长期以来要解决的问题。本文从微机应用的角度出发,详细阐述了用微机实现自动测量的基本原理和实现技术,特别是软硬件接口的问题。测量系统具有实验过程曲线的自动跟踪和根据测量曲线计算各相应参数及打印实验数据等功能。
The universal material testing machine is an important tool in the field of material mechanics. How to get accurate measurement results and real-time dynamic curves is a long-standing problem to be solved. In this paper, from the perspective of microcomputer application, the basic principle of realizing automatic measurement by computer and the realization of technology, especially the interface of hardware and software are expatiated in detail. The measurement system has the functions of automatic tracking of the experimental process curve and calculation of corresponding parameters and printing of experimental data according to the measurement curve.
