用平肝合剂对实验性急性脑缺血模型进行脑含水量、电解质及抗氧化的研究 ,结果显示 :平肝合剂能对抗急性脑缺血大鼠脑指数、脑含水量增加、对抗血清钙离子细胞内转移 ,提高脑组织超氧化物歧化酶水平 ,降低丙二醛水平 ,从而减轻脑缺血病变 ,保护脑组织
The liver water content, electrolytes and antioxidation of experimental acute cerebral ischemia model were studied by Pinggan mixture. The results showed that Pinggan mixture could increase the brain index and brain water content in rats against acute cerebral ischemia and counteract serum calcium ion. Intracellular transfer increases brain superoxide dismutase and reduces malondialdehyde levels, thereby reducing cerebral ischemic lesions and protecting brain tissue.
