朱红伟老师是全国著名特级教师、中学高级教师,现为江苏省人民政府教育督导团成员,担任江苏省小学数学专业委员会副秘书长、苏州市小学数学专业委员会理事长。朱老师对小学数学教育有着深厚的感情,一直坚持深入教学第一线,尤其是在课程改革的大背景下,始终不渝地进行长期的、有效的研究,并将自己的实践经验逐步升华为一套完整的理论体系。兹根据朱老师多年来的研究成果,本刊特辟《名师论坛》栏目,连续刊登其一组文章,以满足老师们的需要。
Zhu Hongwei is a famous teacher and middle school senior teacher in China. Now he is a member of Education Supervision Group of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government. He is the deputy secretary-general of Mathematics Primary Committee of Jiangsu Province and the chairman of Suzhou Elementary School Maths Professional Committee. Mr. Zhu has deep feelings for primary school math education and has always insisted on going to the front line of teaching. In particular, under the background of curriculum reform, he has always conducted long-term and effective research and gradually sublimated his own practical experience to A complete set of theoretical system. According to Zhu’s research results over the years, we published a column called “Famous Teachers Forum” and published a series of articles to meet the needs of teachers.
