教学活动是师生共同参与、交往互动、共同发展的过程。有效的教学活动是学生学与教师教的统一,学生是学习的主体,教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。而当前中学教学有一个非常突出的问题,这就是:老师教得很辛苦,学生学得很痛苦,但学生们却没有得到应有的发展。所以我们的教师到底应拥有什么样的有效教学理念,掌握哪些有效教学的策略,就显得格外的迫切与重要了。
Teaching activities are the process of common participation, interaction and common development between teachers and students. Effective teaching activities are the unity of student learning and teacher education, students are the main body of learning, and teachers are the organizers, guides and collaborators of learning. At present, there is a very prominent problem in secondary school teaching. That is: the teacher taught very hard and the students learned very painfully, but the students did not get the proper development. Therefore, our teachers should have what kind of effective teaching philosophy in the end, to grasp what effective teaching strategies, it is particularly urgent and important.
