宝鸡发电厂3、4号汽轮机为捷制VK—50型五万瓩汽轮机。同类型机组国内尚有九台,分布在辽宁(5台)、唐山(2台)、谏壁(2台)等发电厂。该型机组自投运以来,最后五级的动叶片均发生过不同程度的叶片断裂事故,成为国内近几年来频发性叶片断裂事故的典型机组之一。其中,尤以第14级(高压缸末级)的动叶片事故最为频繁,损坏情况比较严重。第15、16级叶片断裂事故也比较多。自水电部1971年7月在谏壁发电厂召开的“捷制汽轮机叶片断裂问题座谈会”以来,各电厂和有关单位根据会议“纪要”的精神(资料[1]),为提高事故级叶片的安全运行水平,做了大量的工作,积累了丰富的经验。我所曾协助宝鸡等发电厂在原叶片和叶轮的条件下对第16
