利用超声波测速仪、自制的落锤冲击装置和ZDKT-1型瞬变电磁测试系统,研究了不同煤颗粒粒度、不同成型压力条件下型煤超声波波速变化及其落锤冲击破坏瞬变电磁信号特征。结果表明:制备型煤的颗粒度和成型压力共同影响了型煤的强度,成型压力越大、型煤强度越大、超声波波速越大;型煤锤击破坏瞬变电磁信号具有全方位、脉冲式特征;相同颗粒度和冲击载荷条件下,型煤强度越大,锤击破坏产生的瞬变电磁信号能量越大。
The ultrasonic velocity meter, homemade drop hammer impacting device and ZDKT-1 transient electromagnetic test system were used to study the changes of ultrasonic wave velocity and the characteristics of the transient electromagnetic shock signal of briquette under different particle pressures and pressures . The results show that the particle size and forming pressure of prepared briquette affect the strength of briquette. The larger the forming pressure is, the larger the briquette strength is, and the greater the ultrasonic wave velocity is.
